Hector Longo returns for his seventh season as Coach for the Masconomet Boys Basketball Freshmen Team.  Longo has coached Freshman Basketball at both Whittier Tech in Haverhill and North Shore Tech, while coaching football and baseball at both schools as well.  A paraprofessional at Masconomet, Longo had been a Sports Writer at The Eagle-Tribune in Lawrence for 24 years, and remains a free-lance writer covering the New England Patriots for the past 16 seasons.
